Job Summary

We are currently seeking an experienced Color Mixer / Painter with a strong background in blending colors and applying coatings on steel materials. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in industrial painting, color matching, and material preparation within a manufacturing or fabrication environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Mix and blend paints, coatings, or finishes to achieve precise color matches
• Apply paint/coatings to steel and metal materials using spray guns or other equipment
• Read and follow job orders, specifications, and color formulas
• Ensure proper surface preparation (cleaning, sanding, masking, etc.)
• Inspect finished products for color accuracy, consistency, and quality
• Maintain and clean painting and mixing equipment
• Follow all safety procedures and use proper PPE

Requirements

• Proven experience in color mixing and blending (required)
• Experience working with steel or metal materials (required)
• Industrial or manufacturing painting experience preferred
• Ability to match colors accurately and consistently
• Familiar with spray equipment and painting tools
• Detail-oriented with strong quality control skills
• Able to work independently and in a team environment
• Must be reliable and open to overtime
