Responsibilities

• Perform collision repairs on a variety of vehicles, ensuring adherence to industry standards.
• Inspect damaged vehicles to determine the extent of repairs needed.
• Remove and replace damaged body panels, frames, and other components.
• Utilize welding and cutting equipment to restore vehicle integrity.
• Prepare surfaces for painting, including sanding and priming.
• Collaborate with other technicians and staff to ensure timely completion of repairs.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following safety protocols.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding repair processes and timelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; certification in automotive repair is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Collision Body Technician or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of automotive body repair techniques and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret repair manuals and technical documents.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Willingness to stay updated on industry trends and advancements.
