Join a trusted manufacturing company as a Accounts Receivable Collections Associate. You'll support clients by processing orders, answering inquiries, and coordinating with production and logistics to ensure smooth delivery operations.

Location: Grapevine, TX

Schedule: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer customer inquiries via phone and email
• Enter orders, returns, and adjustments in ERP/order systems
• Provide updates on order status, shipping, and inventory
• Coordinate with internal teams to meet delivery goals
• Resolve customer concerns professionally
• Support the sales team with quotes and product info

Qualifications:

• 1–4 years’ customer service experience (manufacturing/distribution preferred)
• ERP system experience (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite – a plus)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• High school diploma required; Associate's degree preferred

Nice to Have:

• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Experience with logistics or technical product lines
