Cold Storage Warehouse / General Labor

Location:McAllen, TX

Pay: $13 per hour

Position Summary

We are seeking reliable and hardworking Cold Storage Warehouse Associates / Production Workers to support operations in a fast-paced food production facility. This role involves packing, sorting, and staging chilled or frozen products while maintaining quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate is dependable, physically capable, and comfortable working in a cold environment.

Job Duties

Pack, sort, and label food products on a production line
Remove damaged and spoiled products
Pick, pack, and stage orders according to customer requirements
Stack and organize products onto pallets for shipping
Inspect products for quality, accuracy, and proper labeling
Operate pallet jacks and RF scanners (training provided)
Maintain a clean and organized work area, including sanitation tasks
Follow all safety and food handling procedures

Qualifications

Previous warehouse, production, or food handling experience preferred but not required
Ability to work in cold temperatures (32°F–45°F) for extended periods
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
Ability to lift and move materials as needed
Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

Work Environment

Cold storage warehouse environment with consistent exposure to refrigerated temperatures
Physical work including standing, lifting, and repetitive motion
