Cold Header Technician

Burbank, CA

Full time Temp to hire.

Monday thru Friday 5am to 1:30pm

$35hr to $50hr depending on experience.

High end manufacturing company producing precision, quality aerospace fasteners is looking for a Cold Header Technician to join their team in Burbank.

Summary: We're hiring a hands-on Cold Header Setup Operator to produce precision aerospace fasteners in Burbank. This is a setup/operator position, not a supervisory role.

Responsibilities:

We're hiring a hands-on Cold Header Setup Operator to produce precision aerospace fasteners in Burbank.

You'll set up and operate cold heading equipment, adjust tooling, troubleshoot setup and machine issues, and inspect parts using precision measuring tools. You'll work with the tool room to resolve tooling and dimensional problems, maintain accurate production records, and report equipment repair needs or unsafe working conditions.

This is a hands-on setup/operator position, not a supervisory role.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma/GED.

Combination of additional education and experience.

Aptitude for math, problem-solving, computers, and mechanics.

Attention to detail.

Ability to work and communicate well with others.

Proficiency with machines.

Willing to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
