Summary
The Electro-Mechanical Engineer will design and support the manufacturing of electrical and mechanical systems used on Cobalt boats. Must be proficient in troubleshooting DC systems, reading, interpreting and developing electrical schematic diagrams as well as utilizing a variety of equipment for accessing, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems. The qualified candidate will be responsible for new product innovation of electrical systems that include, but are not limited to the innovative designs; specification creation; electrical schematic creation; managing multiple suppliers in design execution; validation; and integration into the manufacturing process.

Education and/or Experience:
Language Skills: English required. Effective communication skills necessary. Ability to respond effectively to sensitive inquiries. Ability to make effective and persuasive speeches and presentations on controversial or complex topics to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.
Reasoning Ability: Must maintain a strong understanding of general problem solving, logical reasoning, and root cause analysis.
