Coating Technician Needed ASAP!

Shift: 1st M-F 7am-3:30pm

Pay: $26/hr.

Where: East side of Indianapolis

Evaluation Hire

Duties:

• Set up, disassemble, clean, reassemble, and operate precision manufacturing equipment.
• Perform precise measurements and quality inspections using gauges and measuring tools to ensure products meet micron-level specifications.
• Complete production documentation, maintain SOPs, and support equipment troubleshooting and process improvements.

Qualifications:

• 2+ yrs of machine setup and operation experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Strong mechanical aptitude, proficiency w/ hand tools, precision calipers, gauges, micrometers, etc.
• Expert at Measuring & verify parts, Excellent attention to detail
