Coating Line OperatorLocation: Pawtucket, RI

Pay: $24.00–$30.00 per hour, DOE We are seeking an experienced Coating Line Operator to operate and monitor a production coating line. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with latex coatings and be comfortable setting up, operating, and adjusting coating equipment to meet production specifications. Responsibilities- Set up and operate coating-line equipment according to the provided Shop Order/Specification (SOC).

• Monitor the coating process and make adjustments to machine settings as needed.
• Identify and correct coating defects and quality issues while the line is running.
• Monitor coating consistency, coverage, and overall product quality.
• Troubleshoot basic machine or process issues and communicate significant problems to supervision or maintenance.
• Perform in-process quality inspections and maintain accurate production records.
• Follow established safety procedures, production specifications, and housekeeping standards.
• Work efficiently to meet production schedules and quality requirements.

Qualifications- Previous experience operating a coating line in a manufacturing environment.

• Hands-on experience with latex coatings is strongly preferred/required.
• Ability to set up machinery and adjust operating parameters based on production specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to recognize coating defects.
• Mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read and follow work orders, specifications, and operating procedures.
• Manufacturing experience with coating, laminating, converting, or similar processes is a plus.
