About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machine Operator to join our team. As a CNC Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce high-quality precision parts. You will work with a variety of materials and use your expertise to ensure that all products meet our strict quality standards. Your attention to detail and ability to work independently will be essential to your success in this role. You will report to the Production Manager and work closely with other members of the production team to ensure that all orders are completed on time and to the highest standards.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience operating CNC machines
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with CAD/CAM software
• Experience with multiple types of CNC machines
• Experience with programming CNC machines
• Experience with quality control processes

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision parts according to specifications
• Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
• Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
• Collaborate with other members of the production team to ensure orders are completed on time

Skills:

As a CNC Machine Operator, you will use your technical expertise to set up and operate CNC machines to produce high-quality precision parts. You will need to be able to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints, and perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance. Your strong attention to detail and ability to work independently will be essential to your success in this role.
