We are seeking a skilled and motivated CNC Wire-Forming Setup / Operator to join our dynamic team in Bristol, CT. Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC wire-forming machines according to specifications and production schedules.

• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to determine machine settings and tooling requirements.

• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines to ensure optimal performance.

• Monitor production processes and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards.

• Conduct quality inspections of finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.

• Ability to fabricate and maintain tools such as arbors, cutters, and other CNC Machine tooling.

• Ahere to production schedules and use systems to track and report efficiency.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and procedures.

• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve production efficiency and resolve any issues that arise.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in CNC machining is a plus.
• Proven experience as a CNC operator, specifically with wire-forming machines.
• Strong understanding of CNC programming and machine setup procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents, including blueprints and schematics.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Familiarity with safety standards and practices in a manufacturing environment.

Equipment

• Working knowledge of one or more of the following pieces of equipment is highly preferred.
