Responsibilities

• Set up and calibrate CNC turret press machines for production runs.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine setup requirements.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Monitor production processes and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance productivity.
• Document production data and maintain accurate records of machine setups and maintenance activities.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in machining or related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a CNC Turret Press Operator or similar role.
• Strong understanding of CNC machining processes and tooling.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents, including blueprints and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with safety standards and practices in a manufacturing setting.
