We are seeking a skilled CNC Tool Room Lathe Machinist to join our dynamic team in Germantown, WI. Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC lathes (2-4 axis) to produce precision parts according to specifications.
• Utilize GD&T principles to ensure accuracy and quality in machining processes.
• Write and edit G-Code and M-Code programs for CNC machines.
• Perform manual machining tasks as needed to support production requirements.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to understand project requirements.
• Use CAD/CAM software to design and optimize machining processes.
• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on Haas and Okuma machines.
• Collaborate with team members to improve production efficiency and quality.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a CNC Tool Room Lathe Machinist.
• Strong knowledge of GD&T and CNC tooling.
• Proficiency in G-Code and M-Code programming.
• Solid manual machining skills.
• Experience with CAD/CAM software.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Familiarity with Haas and Okuma machine brands.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
