POSITION SUMMARY:
The CNC Technician cut bulk material into pieces from pre-determined patterns or instructions, using a CNC router, manual, and power woodshop tools.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Operates and understands the procedures for the CNC Router.
Works safely and efficiently, meeting all set tack times.
Read and understand work orders.
Programs CNC router for production run as required for individual boats
Looks at all parts for defects and keeps quality always minded.
Combines cut parts by boat in preparation of delivery to warehouse
Performs daily cleaning and maintenance tasks on cutting equipment

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY:
Understand written and verbal instructions

Knowledgeable of production requirements and safe work practices
