CNC Swiss Machinist Requirements:

• 1 Year of CNC Swiss Machining or Swiss Screw Machine Setup experience required
• 5 years of Swiss machining experience preferred
• Experience with Star Swiss Machines & LNS bar feeders preferred

CNC Swiss Machinist Responsibilities:

• This roll involves operating and maintaining 3–4 CNC Swiss screw machines
• Responsibilities include completing setups and tool changes, monitoring production, inspecting parts, loading material, adjusting offsets, editing programs, and troubleshooting machine or quality issues
• Perform quality inspections and troubleshooting machining issues to meet ISO quality standards
• Verifies dimensions of products for accuracy and conformance to specifications using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, gauges and micrometers.
• Responsible for observing all applicable safety requirements and reporting immediately any unsafe practices/conditions.
