**CNC Swiss Setup/Operator **

Location: Plymouth, MN

Pay: $28–$35/hour (DOE)

Shift: 1st Shift **Schedule: **

• Monday–Thursday: 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Friday: 6:00 AM – 1:30 PM

We're looking for a skilled CNC Swiss Setup/Operator to handle the setup of tighttolerance parts for aerospace and defense applications. This role includes setting up production runs and either completing them or training operators to take over.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up new parts on **Citizen Swiss equipment **
• Run production or train operators for handoff
• Maintain quality standards for tight-tolerance aerospace/defense parts

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5–7 years of experience in Swiss CNC machining
• Proven track record in aerospace/defense manufacturing (not medical device)
• Strong attention to detail and blueprint reading skills
• Experience with Citizen equipment, microscopes, and deburring is a plus
