About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled CNC Swiss Machinist to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the setup, operation, and maintenance of CNC Swiss-type lathes to produce precision parts. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Swiss machining and a commitment to quality and precision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC Swiss lathes (e.g., Star, Citizen, Tsugami) to perform precision machining operations.

• Interpret technical blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions to plan machining tasks.

• Select and install appropriate tools, fixtures, and materials for each job.

• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.

• Conduct quality checks using precision measuring instruments (e.g., micrometers, calipers) to ensure parts meet exact specifications.

• Document production data and maintain accurate records of machining processes.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a CNC Swiss Machinist or similar role.

• Proficiency with CNC Swiss machining equipment and control software (e.g., Fanuc, Mitsubishi).

• Strong understanding of machining techniques, tooling, and materials.

• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.

• Attention to detail and a strong commitment to producing high-quality work.
