Join our team as a

CNC Supervisor

and lead daily machining operations in a fast paced manufacturing environment. This hands-on leadership role is ideal for someone with experience in

CNC mills, Haas machines, lathes, and shop floor supervision

who is ready to drive production, quality, and team performance.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily shop floor operations for

  CNC mills (including Vertica/Vertical mills), Haas machines, CNC centers, lathes, and saws

• Assign work, set priorities, and balance workloads to meet production schedules

• Train, coach, and evaluate machine operators; conduct performance reviews

• Ensure setups, programming checks, tooling changes, and first-piece inspections are completed and documented

• Monitor production output and quality; troubleshoot machining and process issues; implement corrective actions

• Read and interpret blueprints, CAD/CAM programs, and job travelers; verify dimensions and tolerances

• Maintain and enforce safety procedures, housekeeping standards, and lockout/tagout compliance

• Coordinate preventive maintenance and minor repairs; escalate major equipment issues as needed

• Track and report production metrics (OEE, scrap, throughput); support continuous improvement initiatives (5S, Kaizen)

• Manage tooling, inserts, fixtures, and consumables inventory; request purchases as needed

• Ensure accurate job setup documentation, tool offsets, program revisions, and machine logs are maintained

Required Qualifications:

• 3–5+ years of hands-on experience operating

  CNC mills (Vertica/Vertical preferred), Haas machines, lathes, and saws

• 1–2+ years of supervisory or lead experience in a manufacturing/CNC environment

• Proficient in reading/interpreting blueprints, GD&T, and basic metrology (calipers, micrometers, CMM familiarity a plus)

• Experience with CAD/CAM software and CNC programming basics (G-code knowledge)

• Strong troubleshooting skills for machining processes and tooling issues

Job Specifications:

• Pay Range: 100k/year

• Shift(s): 1st

• Hours: 5am-1:30pm
