Responsibilities
Work with machining staff to improve production quality and efficiency
Oversee CNC setup, tooling, fixturing, gaging, programming, and machine operation
Read and interpret part drawings and GD&T requirements
Train CNC operators on proper processes and techniques
Supervise CNC production employees during daily operations
Maintain production records, quality paperwork, and tool inventory
Qualifications
A high school diploma or GED is required
A two‑year engineering‑related degree is preferred
At least three years of experience working with CNC machines and mechanical tools
Strong hands-on CNC programming, and setup experience is critical, particularly with Fanuc controls, G-code, and M-code programming,
Experience with horizontal and vertical machining centers and lathes
Experience with CAD/CAM software such as SolidWorks and Mastercam is preferred
Forklift operation experience is helpful
Salary: $35/hr.
