As a Spindle Repair Technician, you will assemble, repair, and rebuild sophisticated spindles in a clean-room environment. Your work will directly impact the performance and reliability of top-tier CNC machines.

In this role, you will:

• Inspect, disassemble, and prepare spindle components for repair

• Perform precise bearing measurements, fitments, and preload adjustments

• Execute detailed assembly processes with a high level of accuracy

• Contribute to complex repair and rebuild projects within a collaborative team

Responsibilities

In short this role will support the continued growth of the business unit. This could include:

• Assembling, disassembling and building spindles in a clean-room environment

• Part preparation and inspection

• Some local driving as needed

• Other activities in support of the growth and development of the business unit

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking candidates with hands-on experience in building or rebuilding spindles for industrial machinery. A strong understanding of bearing systems is highly valued, along with experience repairing, maintaining, or rebuilding precision equipment with tight tolerances.

Additional qualifications include:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office for documenting processes and maintaining accurate records

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, as some spindle components require manual handling
