-High school diploma or GED.
5+ years of CNC machining, setup, and programming experience.
5+ years of experience performing preventative maintenance on CNC machining equipment
-Ability to read engineering drawings and GD&T.
-Experience selecting tooling, calculating feeds and speeds, and optimizing machining processes.
-Experience using precision measuring equipment.
-Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

**Key Responsibilities:
**
-Perform preventative maintenance on CNC machining and assembly equipment.
-Complete preventative maintenance work orders and maintain accurate CMMS documentation.
-Evaluate machine condition and communicate equipment issues, repair recommendations, and production readiness.
-Set up CNC machines for production, including tooling, fixtures, and machine parameters.
-Develop, modify, and optimize CNC programs for production and new part launches.
-Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and CAD models.
-Select tooling, establish feeds and speeds, and optimize machining processes.
-Inspect machined components using precision measuring equipment and make machine adjustments as needed.
-Maintain tooling documentation, machining records, and program backups.
-Monitor tool life and implement improvements to reduce tooling costs and scrap.
-Develop and maintain tooling inventories, tool databases, and machining standards.
