We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Setup/Tear-Down Technician to join our dynamic team in Wyoming, IL. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the efficient operation of our CNC machines, contributing to the quality and precision of our manufacturing processes. Responsibilities

  • Set up and tear down CNC machines for production runs, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Conduct quality inspections of finished products to meet industry standards.
  • Utilize CNC tooling and programming skills to create and modify machining processes.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on CNC machines to minimize downtime.
  • Read and interpret blueprints to understand specifications and requirements.
  • Utilize CAD software for designing and modifying tooling and fixtures.
  • Write and interpret G-Code and M-Code for CNC programming.
  • Troubleshoot CNC machines to identify and resolve issues swiftly.
  • Assist in tool, die, and mold repair and setup as needed.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Proven experience in quality inspection and CNC tooling.
  • Strong background in CNC programming and machine repair.
  • Familiarity with CAD software and blueprint reading.
  • Experience with G-Code and M-Code programming.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills for CNC machines.
  • Hands-on experience with tool, die, and mold setup and repair.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
