We are seeking skilled CNC Set-Up Operators to join our team in a state-of-the-art, temperature-controlled facility. Multiple shifts are available, and this is a full-time direct hire opportunity with competitive pay and excellent working conditions.

What You’ll Do

Set up CNC mills, lathes, or Swiss-style machinery for production runs.
Verify tooling, fixtures, and materials for each job and ensure proper alignment.
Perform first-piece inspections and make necessary offsets or adjustments.
Monitor machines for quality and accuracy throughout production.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience with CNC machine set-up, ideally on mills, lathes, or Swiss machinery.
Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools.
Familiarity with machine offsets and troubleshooting minor production issues.
Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality parts.
