Job Description

We are seeking an experienced CNC Set Up /Operator with 8+ years of hands-on setup and troubleshooting experience to join a well-established manufacturing operation in Santa Ana. This role is ideal for a seasoned operator who enjoys autonomy, precision work, and working in a high-quality production environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Set up and operate HAAS CNC machines with minimal supervision
• Manage and run up to three machines
• Perform complete machine setups, including tooling, offsets, and fixture adjustments
• Troubleshoot machining issues and make real-time adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency
• Inspect parts using precision measuring tools to ensure tight tolerances are met
• Work closely with engineering to maintain production flow and quality standards
• Follow all safety, quality, and aerospace compliance requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• 8+ years of CNC setup and operation experience
• Strong experience with HAAS CNC machines
• Proven troubleshooting skills in a production environment
• Aerospace manufacturing experience strongly preferred
• Ability to manage multiple machines while maintaining quality and accuracy
• Solid understanding of tolerances, blueprints, and shop math
• Programming experience not required
