## Responsibilities
Set up and operate CNC machines to produce high-quality parts according to specifications.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to determine machining requirements.
Conduct quality checks using precision measuring instruments to ensure parts meet required tolerances.
Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the machining process.
Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance productivity.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in machining is a plus.
Proven experience as a CNC machinist, with a strong understanding of CNC programming and setup.
Familiarity with various CNC machines and tools, including lathes, mills, and grinders.
Ability to read and interpret technical documents, including blueprints and schematics.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Knowledge of safety standards and practices in a manufacturing environment.
