About the Role:

The CNC Machinist plays a crucial role in the manufacturing process by operating and maintaining CNC Mill and/or Lathe machines to produce precision components. This position requires a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of machining processes to ensure that all parts meet stringent quality standards. The machinist will be responsible for interpreting technical drawings and specifications to set up and adjust machines accordingly. Additionally, they will monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments to maintain optimal performance and efficiency. Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a CNC machinist, specifically with CNC Mill/Turn machines.
• Strong understanding of machining processes and technical drawings.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in CNC machining or related field.
• Set up experience required
• Experience with CAD/CAM software.
• Knowledge of quality control standards and practices.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC machines according to specifications and production schedules.
