**Shift
**
- 4-day workweek, 10-hour shifts — Monday through Thursday
- **1st Shift: **6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM
**Overtime available daily and weekly

**Responsibilities:
**
- Set up and operate CNC machining equipment with Fanuc controls and G-code.
- Program, edit, and verify CNC programs directly at the machine.
- Select, install, and adjust appropriate cutting tools and tooling.
- Machine, deburr, and inspect parts according to engineering drawings and specifications.
- Set up and verify machining allowances and machine complex weldments.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and machining specifications.
- Perform accurate measurements and inspections using appropriate precision measuring tools.
- Apply proper speeds, feeds, and machining parameters based on material and job requirements.
- Safely operate overhead cranes to load and unload materials and machine components.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area while following all applicable safety procedures.
**Qualifications:
**
- Previous CNC programming, Fanuc controls, and G-code experience is required.
- 3–5 years of CNC machining/set-up experience preferred.
- Experience operating CNC machines with Fanuc controls.
- Experience with horizontal and vertical machining centers is highly beneficial, including Yama Seiki and G&L equipment.
- Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T.
- Strong measuring, inspection, and quality-control skills.
- Understanding of cutting tools, tooling selection, speeds, feeds, and machining processes.
- Ability to set up and machine complex weldments.
- Machining certification, technical training, or degree preferred.
- Ability and willingness to operate overhead cranes for loading and unloading materials.
- Ability to work safely around moving machinery, dust, dirt, grease, and other industrial conditions
