CNC Maintenance Technician – Field Service
Greater Southern California | $35–$50/hr DOE | Regional Travel | Company Vehicle
A growing company in the Greater SoCal area is looking for an experienced CNC Maintenance Technician to join their field service team. This is a great opportunity for a skilled technician who enjoys troubleshooting and repairing CNC equipment but wants to be home most nights rather than constantly traveling.

What You'll Do
- Maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and service CNC machinery in the field
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and controls-related issues
- Work on CNC mills and lathes, with experience up to 5-axis equipment preferred
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
- Travel throughout the Southern California region
What We're Looking For
- Several years of hands-on CNC maintenance, repair, and field service experience
- Experience with Fanuc, Siemens controls, and/or PLCs
- CNC mill and lathe experience preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Clean driving record
- Comfortable with regional travel within approximately 2–3 hours of Torrance, CA
