Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated CNC Service Engineer to join our team in Minneapolis, MN. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of our CNC machinery and providing top-notch service to our clients. Approximately 2-5% TOTAL overnight travel!

Responsibilities

• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of CNC machines and related equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure minimal downtime for clients.
• Provide training and support to customers on machine operation and maintenance.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to improve machine performance and reliability.
• Document service activities and maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in CNC technology.
• Assist in the development of service manuals and technical documentation.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Industrial Maintenance, Machine Tool Technology, or related field
• Proven experience as a CNC Service Engineer or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of CNC machinery, Fanuc controls, and programming.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
• Satisfactory MVR and active driver's license
