We are seeking a skilled and motivated CNC Service Engineer to join our team based out of Minneapolis, MN. In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service and support for our CNC machinery, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of CNC machines and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and software issues.
• Provide technical support and training to customers on CNC operations and maintenance.
• Document service activities and maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance.
• Collaborate with engineering and sales teams to improve product performance and customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in CNC technology.
• Travel to customer sites as needed for service calls and installations.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Industrial Maintenance, Precision Machining, or relevant field
• Proven experience as a CNC Service Engineer or similar role.
• Strong understanding of CNC machinery and Fanuc control systems
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% total overnight
