Responsibilities

• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of CNC machinery and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues in CNC systems.
• Provide technical support and training to clients on CNC operations and maintenance.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to improve machine performance and reliability.
• Document service activities and maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in CNC technology.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols during all service operations.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Industrial Maintenance Technology, Precision Machining, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a CNC Service Engineer or similar role.
• Strong understanding of CNC machinery, Fanuc controls, and programming.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed up to 25% of the time throughout the lower Midwest region

• Troubleshooting CNC Machines

Machines & technologies you'll use:

• CNC Mill (3-4 axis VMC) (Fanuc, Kitamura, Hwachon, Haas, Brother, Dmg Mori Seiki)
• CNC Automation Solutions (Fanuc)
• CNC Lathe (2-4 axis)
