Key Responsibilities

• Conduct day-to-day field service, including installations, preventive maintenance, and repairs on CNC equipment within the local market.
• Diagnose and resolve customer issues, providing sales support and basic training as needed.
• Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Represent the company professionally and ethically, aligning all actions with business standards.
• Take full ownership of service cases, projects, and related tasks, while maintaining accurate customer records and technical documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support team and client needs.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in installing, maintaining, and repairing CNC machining centers and CNC turning centers.
• Strong repair skills in mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
• Proficient with Fanuc Controls.
• Ability to work independently in a field-based role with regional travel.

• CNC Lathe (5+ axis) (Eurotech, Miyano, Hwachon, Nakamura, Index, Doosan, Samsung, Okuma, Dmg Mori Seiki, Mazak)
• Universal Machining Center (5 axis UMC) (Okuma, Matsuura, Dmg Mori Seiki)
• Universal Machining Center (3-4 axis) (Dmg Mori Seiki, Maho, Toshiba, Okuma)
