We are seeking a skilled and experienced CNC Senior Swiss Programmer to join our dynamic team in Largo, FL, 33773. Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize CNC programs for Swiss-style lathes to ensure high-quality production.
• Set up and operate CNC machines, including tool selection and calibration.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot and resolve machining issues.
• Conduct regular inspections of machined parts to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Train and mentor junior programmers and operators on best practices and techniques.
• Maintain accurate documentation of programming changes, setups, and production runs.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in CNC technology.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience working as a Swiss Programmer or Set-Up Machinist required- Experience with Citizen and Tsugami required- Experience with Esprit-CAM preferred- Fundamental understanding quality systems, documentation, and implementation to ISO Standards such as ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 13485:2016- Experience with R&D and NPI is preferred
