Job Description

A precision manufacturing company is seeking an experienced CNC Screw Machine Operator to support production operations in a fast-paced machine shop environment. Candidates with CNC machining experience and strong attention to detail are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC screw machines
• Monitor machine cycles and identify tooling or machining issues
• Perform tool changes and basic machine setups
• Run production lots while maintaining quality standards
• Inspect finished components using precision measuring equipment
• Communicate production updates and concerns with team members
• Maintain equipment and work areas in a safe and organized condition
• Follow all safety and quality procedures

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of CNC screw machine experience preferred
• Manufacturing technology coursework or equivalent experience considered
• Strong understanding of machining fundamentals
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
• Experience with Swiss-style screw machines is a plus
• Lean manufacturing experience preferred

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand throughout the shift
• Frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, and reaching
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
