**🛠️ CNC Operators (Day & Night Shift)

**

**💰 Pay:

**

• Day Shift: $20.00 – $24.00/hr

• Night Shift: $23.00 – $27.00/hr

**Responsibilities:

**

• Operate CNC machines (mills and/or lathes)

• Load/unload parts and monitor machine cycles

• Perform basic inspections using measuring tools

• Maintain production efficiency and quality standards

**⚙️ CNC Lathe Setup – Advanced Level

**

**💰 Pay:

** $28.00 – $36.00/hr

**What We’re Looking For:

**

This is

**not your typical setup role

**. We’re looking for a

**high-level machinist

** who can take ownership of complex parts from print to production.

**Responsibilities:

**

• Perform full setups on CNC lathes for complex parts

• Interpret advanced blueprints and apply strong GD&T knowledge

• Independently determine machining strategies and tooling

• Optimize processes for efficiency, precision, and repeatability

• Troubleshoot and solve challenging machining problems

**📈 Sales Engineer (Machining / Manufacturing)

**💰 Salary:

** $70,000 – $90,000/year

**Responsibilities:

**

• Serve as the technical point of contact for customers

• Interpret customer drawings and requirements

• Support quoting, project feasibility, and application solutions

• Build and maintain strong client relationships

• Collaborate with engineering and production teams

**✅ Qualifications

**

• Experience in CNC machining, manufacturing, or related field

• Strong blueprint reading skills (advanced for setup role)

• Knowledge of GD&T (required for higher-level machinists)

• Communication and problem-solving skills

• Sales/engineering experience required for Sales Engineer role
