We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Routing Operator to join our dynamic team in Chandler, AZ (85286). In this role, you will be responsible for operating CNC routing machines, ensuring precision and quality in every project. ## Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC routing machines according to specifications.

• Program CNC machines using G-Code and M-Code to achieve desired outcomes.

• Perform equipment troubleshooting and repairs to maintain optimal machine performance.

• Conduct machine geometry and alignment checks to ensure accuracy.

• Execute CNC machine setup and changeover for various projects.

• Utilize GD&T principles to interpret technical drawings and specifications.

• Collaborate with team members to optimize machining processes and improve efficiency.

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with company policies.

  Qualifications

• Proven experience as a CNC Routing Operator or similar role.

• Strong knowledge of CNC tooling and programming.

• Experience with CNC machine repair and installation.

• Familiarity with manual machining skills is a plus.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical certification is a plus.
