We are seeking a skilled and motivated CNC Machine Operator working in a steel manufacturing facility to join our dynamic team in Tampa, FL. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our manufacturing process, operating CNC machines and roll formers to produce high-quality components for steel deck and accessories. Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC machines to produce steel parts
Operate roll formers to produce steel panels
Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment.
Inspect finished products for accuracy and adherence to quality standards.
Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with safety regulations.
Document production data and report any issues to supervisors.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in machining is a plus.
Proven experience as a CNC Machine Operator or similar role.
Strong understanding of CNC machinery and programming.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with safety protocols and best practices in a manufacturing environment.
