🔧 Open Positions

🛠️ CNC Machinists

💰 Pay: $23.00 – $35.00/hr (+10% shift differential for nights)

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC machines (mills and/or lathes)

• Interpret blueprints and ensure part accuracy

• Perform tool changes, offsets, and basic programming edits

• Maintain tight tolerances and high-quality standards

⚙️ CNC Finishers / Operators

💰 Pay: $20.00 – $23.00/hr (+10% shift differential for nights)

Responsibilities:

• Operate machines and perform secondary finishing work

• Deburr, clean, and inspect parts

• Use basic measurement tools (calipers, micrometers)

• Support production flow and maintain work area organization

📊 Quality Engineer

💰 Salary: $80,000 – $110,000/year

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain quality systems and processes

• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions

• Ensure compliance with industry and customer standards

• Collaborate with production to improve quality performance

🧪 Quality Manager

💰 Salary: $110,000 – $140,000/year

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire quality department and QMS

• Lead audits, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives

• Manage quality staff and drive performance metrics

• Act as the key liaison for customer quality requirements

⏰ Shifts Available

• Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 4:15 PM

• Night Shift: 4:15 PM – 2:45 AM (+10% differential)

✅ Qualifications

• Experience in CNC machining, manufacturing, or quality roles

• Blueprint reading and inspection knowledge (role-dependent)

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Leadership experience required for Quality Manager role
