Multiple Shifts | Rochester, NY

🔧 Open Positions

CNC Operators / Machinists / Manufacturing Engineers

1st & 2nd Shift

• $20–$25/hr (Operators)

• $25–$29/hr (Setup Machinists)

• Up to $45/hr (CAD/CAM Manufacturing Engineers)

Shifts:

• 1st: 6:00 AM – 3:45 PM

• 2nd: 3:45 PM – 2:00 AM

Operate CNC machines, perform setups, monitor production, and ensure part quality.

Quality Inspector – 1st Shift

• $20–$35/hr (higher end for CMM Programming / advanced quality skills)

• Quality Engineers: $38–$45/hr

Hands-on dimensional inspection using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and quality documentation.

CMM Operator – 2nd Shift

• $20–$25/hr + 10% shift differential

Operate CMM equipment and perform precision inspections to tight tolerances.

Visual Inspector – 1st Shift

• $18–$23/hr

Microscope-based visual inspection for defects such as scratches, coating issues, or debris.

Excellent role for detail-oriented candidates.
