## Responsibilities
Set up and operate CNC punch and nibble turret punch presses to produce parts according to specifications.
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders to determine production requirements.
Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery to ensure optimal performance.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and company policies.
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Document production processes and maintain accurate records of work performed.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in CNC operations is a plus.
Proven experience operating CNC punch and nibble turret punch presses.
Strong understanding of blueprints and technical drawings.
Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations and measurements.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Familiarity with safety standards and practices in a manufacturing environment.
