🔧 Key Responsibilities

Develop and optimize 5-axis CNC programs for milling operations
Interpret engineering drawings, CAD models, and GD&T requirements
Collaborate with machinists and production teams to improve efficiency and part quality
Troubleshoot programming and machining issues on the shop floor
Assist with setup, tooling, and process validation for complex parts
Support continuous improvement initiatives in CNC programming and operations

✅ Qualifications

3+ years of experience programming 5-axis CNC machines
Strong knowledge of CAD/CAM software (Mastercam, Fusion 360, or equivalent)
Ability to read engineering drawings and GD&T
Experience in aerospace or high-precision manufacturing preferred
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
