This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy complex programming challenges and working with high-precision aerospace components.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize 5-axis CNC programs for milling operations

• Interpret engineering drawings, CAD models, and GD&T requirements

• Collaborate with machinists and production teams to improve efficiency and part quality

• Troubleshoot programming and machining issues on the shop floor

• Assist with setup, tooling, and process validation for complex parts

• Support continuous improvement initiatives in CNC programming and operations

✅ Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience programming 5-axis CNC machines

• Strong knowledge of CAD/CAM software (Mastercam, Fusion 360, or equivalent)

• Ability to read engineering drawings and GD&T

• Experience in aerospace or high-precision manufacturing preferred

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
