CNC Programmer / Setup & Operator – Mentor, OH
Pay: Up to $25.00 - $30 per Hour
Our client in Mentor, OH is looking for an experienced CNC Programmer/Setup Operator to join their small, family-oriented job shop. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a skilled machinist to work in a collaborative environment with great pay and benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
Program, set up, and operateOkuma CNC lathes, handling projects from blueprint to finished product.
Perform manual programming directly on the lathe screens, ensuring precision and efficiency.
Utilize Mastercam for offline programming to optimize machining processes.
Read and interpret blueprints, G-code, and technical drawings to ensure accurate part production.
Set up and operate multiple machines, maintaining high-quality standards.
Troubleshoot and adjust programs, tooling, and setups as needed to ensure smooth production.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
