Job Title: CNC Programmer/MachinistLocation: Richmond Hill, GA 31324Job Type: Full-TimeSchedule: 4x10 Day Shift (10-hour shifts, 40-45 hours/week)Job SummaryWe are currently seeking a skilled CNC Programmer/Machinist to join our team. This role requires expertise in Mazatrol and G-code programming, with hands-on experience in both lathe and milling operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC machines to produce high-precision components that meet strict engineering specifications.Key ResponsibilitiesProgram, set up, and operate CNC lathes and milling machinesInterpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications; perform reverse engineering when requiredSelect appropriate tools, fixtures, offsets, and materials for each jobUse calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision instruments to verify part accuracyMonitor machining processes and make adjustments as needed for quality and efficiencyDesign and modify work holding solutions and fixturing for optimal productionPerform in-process and final inspections to ensure all parts meet quality standardsTroubleshoot and resolve programming or machine-related issuesConduct routine maintenance to maximize machine lifespan and reliabilityMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentQualificationsMinimum of 5 years' experience as a CNC Programmer/Machinist in a machine shop settingProficient in Mazatrol and G-code programming, with ability to program directly at the machineHands-on experience with CNC mills and lathesSolid understanding of machining processes, cutting tools, and materialsStrong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprintsFamiliarity with GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing)Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skillsMust be fluent in EnglishReliable transportation to/from Richmond Hill, GA 31324BenefitsHealth insuranceDental insuranceVision insurancePaid time off
