We’re a fast-growing solid surface countertop manufacturer looking for a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Programmer to join our team. If you’re experienced in programming CNC routers, have an eye for precision, and enjoy turning digital designs into real-world results, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

• Create and optimize CNC programs for cutting and fabricating solid surface countertops using CAD/CAM software (e.g., Vectric, AlphaCAM, AutoCAD, or similar)
   
• Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and templates
   
• Collaborate with production and design teams to ensure accurate and efficient machining
   
• Set up and test CNC programs, troubleshoot issues, and make adjustments as needed
   
• Maintain clean code and detailed documentation for repeatability and quality control
   

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of CNC programming experience, preferably in woodworking or solid surface materials  
• Familiarity with solid surface fabrication processes (Corian, HI-MACS, etc.) is a strong plus  
• Strong understanding of CAD/CAM software and machine operation  
• Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a team-player attitude
