Job Description

We are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer & Setup Technician to program, set up, and operate advanced multi-axis CNC lathes and mills in a precision manufacturing environment.

Schedule: 7:00AM-3:30PM

What You’ll Do

• Program, set up, and operate multi-axis CNC lathes and mills (Fanuc)
• Interpret customer drawings, GD&T, ECOs, work instructions, and inspection plans
• Program parts using existing CAD models and save per company procedures
• Perform manual inspections using precision measuring tools
• Ensure safe operation, high quality, and production targets are met

Equipment You’ll Work With

• PUMA lathes with live tooling
• Nakamura mill/turn machines
• Makino horizontal mills

What We’re Looking For

• 2–5 years CNC programming, setup, and operation experience
• Strong knowledge of GD&T and blueprint reading
• Proficiency with precision measuring and inspection tools
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality
