In this role, you will be responsible for programming and setting up CNC machines to ensure precision and efficiency in our manufacturing processes. Responsibilities

• Program CNC machines using G-code and other programming languages to produce high-quality components.
• Set up and calibrate CNC machines, ensuring they are ready for production runs.
• Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with engineers and production staff to optimize machining processes and improve efficiency.
• Inspect finished products for quality assurance and adherence to specifications.
• Maintain accurate records of production runs and machine settings.
• Train and mentor junior staff on CNC programming and machine operation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a CNC Programmer or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of CNC machinery, tooling, and programming techniques.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
• Familiarity with CAD/CAM software is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in machining or manufacturing preferred.
