We are seeking a skilled and motivated CNC Programmer Operator to join our dynamic team in Clinton Township, MI. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our manufacturing process, utilizing your expertise in CNC programming and operation to produce high-quality components. Responsibilities

  • Program & Operate 3-Axis CNC Milling Machine.
  • Create holding fixtures & special setups for prototype and production machining jobs.
  • 2D & 3D milling of prototype sheet metal and short run production of details & tools
  • Tool changes and offsets.
  • Follow all Safety Protocols.
  • Keep work areas clean and organized.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in CNC programming preferred.

  • Proficient with CNC Machines (Okuma, Fadal, Mazak), Proficient with Siemens NX, Fusion 360, G & M code

  • Solid understanding of GD&T

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.

  • Tape Measure Reading
  • M-Code
  • Machine Setups for Production Runs
  • Manual Machining Skills

  • CNC Mill (3-4 axis VMC) (Okuma, Haas, Mazak, Fanuc)
  • 2D Drawings
  • CAD Software (NX CAD (Siemens), Siemens NX, AutoCAD)
  • Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM)
  • CAM Software (Autodesk Fusion 360, Mastercam)
  • Calipers and Micrometers
