We are looking for multiple CNC Programmer/Machinist to join our team in Plantsville, CT. ASAP!

CNC Programmer / Machinist Requirements:

• 5+ years of CNC milling/setup experience required
• 10+ years of CNC machining experience preferred
• CNC programming experience required
• Experience with with Mastercam required
• Hands-on experience with 3+2 machining on a 5-axis machining center required
• Able to read engineering drawings/GD&T, select tooling, and perform precision inspections required
• Experience with Haas 5-axis machining centers, including the UMC series preferred
• Previous lead machinist experience preferred

CNC Programmer / Machinist Responsibilities:

• This role involves setting up, programming, and operating CNC vertical and 5-axis milling machines, including 3+2 machining
• The machinist will handle tooling, workholding, offsets, probing, first-piece inspections, program adjustments, and troubleshooting throughout production
• The position also provides an opportunity to take a leadership role by supporting other machinists, helping solve technical issues, and working with Engineering, Quality, and Production to improve machining processes
