Company Information:

A company in the North Vernon area is looking to add a skilled **CNC Programmer Machinist **to their team!

Pay/Benefits:

Schedule:

• 1st Shift (weekend shift): Thursday-Sunday, 7am-3pm
• 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 3pm-11pm
• 3rd Shift: Sunday-Thursday, 11pm-7am

CNC Programmer Machinist's Job Duties:

• - Set up, indicate, and machine components for plastic injection molds- Program and run CNC equipment using **Mastercam **and WorkNC
  • Work with **5-axis machining **and Wire EDM
  • Create, modify, and optimize CNC programs to ensure quality and efficiency
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
  • Verify part accuracy using micrometers, calipers, and other measuring tools
  • Troubleshoot machine and programming issues as needed
  • Maintain organized programming files and a clean work area
  • Follow all safety, quality, and company procedures

CNC Programmer Machinist's Requirements:

• - 3+ years of CNC machining and programming experience- Strong experience with Mastercam(required)
  • Experience with WorkNC, Wire EDM, and 5-axis machining
  • Comfortable working from prints and tight tolerances
  • Solid math and basic computer skills
  • Able to manage multiple jobs in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
