Overview

We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to join our dynamic team in Woodstock, IL. As a CNC Programmer, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process, ensuring precision and efficiency in the production of high-quality components. Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize CNC programs for various machining operations.
• Set up and operate CNC machines, ensuring adherence to specifications and quality standards.
• Collaborate with engineers and designers to interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC equipment.
• Monitor production processes and make adjustments as needed to improve efficiency.
• Train and mentor junior staff on CNC programming and machine operation.
• Maintain accurate records of production and programming changes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a CNC Programmer or similar role.
• Strong understanding of CNC machinery and programming languages (e.g., G-code, M-code).
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with CAD/CAM software is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification is preferred.
